SCORM files cannot be manually uploaded to Review 360. You have to publish project files in a specific format in order to be able to manually upload them there. Here's how:
Regarding the error messages that you are getting whenever you try to open the .story files in Storyline 360, these could possibly indicate some form of data corruption. You can reach out to our support team by opening a case and sharing your .story project files there so we can take a closer look at them.
