2-3 minutes of dead air at end of Storyline video
Hello KaitlynPrice,
Thanks for sharing what you've tried so far!
- Do you notice any change if you import your current project file into a new .story file, and then publish?
- I'm curious what content you have on the last slide of your course. Do you notice any change if you add/remove media or elements on that slide?
Since this behavior appears to be specific to your project file, we'd be happy to take a closer look. You can share your .story file and a screen recording of this behavior in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello!
I just tried importing to a new .story file and publishing again, but there's still dead air at the end.
I have also tried changing/removing stuff on the last side to no avail. I will open a support case for this. Thanks!

Hi KaitlynPrice!
Glad to see Luciana has been helping you!
Smart move on sharing your .story file through a support case. I see that you've connected with my teammate, Darwin. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:
- When publishing from Storyline 360 to Video, inserted Videos from a Slide keep playing after jumping to subsequent Slides.
We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest trimming the video so you can insert the full duration onto the Slide. This user guide can walk you through the steps!
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
