2 dropdown menus in one question slide?

I think the answer to this is "No", but I also feel like I might be missing something really obvious. In storyline, is it possible to have a quiz question which has 2 separate drop down menus? So...

    There's no built-in option for 2 dropdown lists. You could design/program a custom Freeform Pick Many question, with the dropdown lists including separate selectable objects, with one from each set being one of "correct" responses.

    If you search the community, you should be able to find examples of custom dropdowns. 

    I'll also tag NejcZD​, so he can provide a link to his video about how to build dropdowns. His method for building them is fabulous.
