360 - using question bank for quiz and cannot see how to use submit button?

I am just using tutorials to do my first quiz and started to set this up with a question bank. This seems to be going ok but I thought there would be an submit button with each question or...

If you go to the Player Properties, you will notice you selected Menus and Controls to be off, removing all Player features, including the submit button. The easiest solution is to turn it back on:
You can then uncheck the items that you don't want to have on your Player:
