360 degree animation

1.) I know, there are path animation .... BUT
2.) How can I create an animation where an object moves 360 degrees - like a tire in a car?

Use your axels :-) Couldnot resist ;-) With GSAP you can do that.

You could use a dial or slider to animate a sequence of images depicting the tire, to give the illusion of a 2D 360 experience.
You could also utilize 3D tools like Spline or Sketchfab, or web animation tools like Rive to create your experience, then embed on articulate as a web object.
