360 Review not allowing external reviewer comments
Anyone else getting this issue - external reviewers can't enter comments (link is set to anyone with the link - no Articulate account required). Was working fine last week. Thanks

Hi AmiKotak,
I just now tested the feature to confirm if it works, and on my end, it does. We're also not seeing any recent reports of the issue from other users. I recommend opening a case with our support team here and sharing the email addresses of your reviewers so we can check if they are linked to existing Articulate IDs. If they are, this would explain why your reviewers are being required to sign in before being able to leave a comment.
