360 Review not allowing external reviewer comments
- 9 months ago
Hello everyone, 🎉
Thanks for your patience while we worked on a fix. I’m happy to let you know that the issue has been resolved.
Let us know if you still have issues, and we’ll work closely with you.
Hi Eric, I have the same issue occurring today - Reviewer without an Articulate license does not have the Comments window at all. What have I missed?

Eric - I cleared my Edge cache for the last 24hrs, reopened the Review360 course, and selected Disable Comments then resent the Link to the User (without an Articulate license). The User could then enter comments. Pics below...

Hi VonChenery_1,
I'm glad to hear that the user is able to leave comments now!
I wanted to quickly clarify that you mentioned you selected disable comments, but your screenshot shows they're enabled. You'll likely want the comments enabled if you're having the course reviewed!

It still does not work for my reviewers. This was working before. Now it is asking people to enter their email, next is they would either be:
1. Directed to the Articulate Login page
or
2. They get the comment field but they cannot type anything.
