Accessibility and Drag and Drop

Is there a way to build in accessibility controls (tabs) for a drag and drop activity?

At moment, in a course I am working on, the learners can tab until they get to the 'Next' button and then click enter to continue.  This also works on the multiple choice questions I have built. 

But drag and drops are an issue.

Thoughts?
