Accessibility checker window not showing
I am having the same issue. would an update fix this problem?
Hi, WendyBriand!
I'm glad you reached out about this!
Did you also recently rollback to an older version of Storyline 360? As a first step, making sure you're up to date with the latest version is a great idea. We're currently on Build 3.101.34961.0. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers to get this resolved as quickly as possible!

Hi KarenHaywood!
Happy to help!
It looks like you're running the current version of Storyline 360, yet the Accessibility Checker is absent from your installation. That shouldn't be happening!
The Articulate 360 desktop app has a clear cache feature that we can run as a troubleshooting step. Please follow the steps that are outlined, here.
If the issue remains after clearing the Articulate 360 cache data, then follow the steps in this article to remove all Articulate 360 files and registry keys from your computer so we can start completely fresh.
If you're still unsuccessful after those steps, please connect with our team privately through a support case.
They'd be glad to continue working with you on this!
