Accessibility Concern

Hello Articulate,

I'm working on a course that mimics an interaction that is on the CDC website and I need to be able to use the jpg's from their interaction as clickable buttons to view layers of more information. I was expecting that once I put a trigger, or multiple triggers in this case, on the jpgs I would then be able to tab to it, but no such luck. I cannot get to the jpg's in tab to reveal more information. Please help, thanks!
