Hello Amanda, I reviewed your file and I was able to navigate freely through all the feedback layers with the help of NVDA screen reader. FYI, I just used keyboard down arrow and it read the title, image alt text and all the captions that are present in the layers flawlessly. Which screen reader software have you been using at you end? Please use keyboard down arrow and give another try!!
