Hi Lerissa,
I’m sorry you’re going through this. Losing work is very frustrating. There is no way to extract the .story file from the published output in Review 360 and it looks like you’ve already checked the other areas the file could be retrieved from.
I’m curious if you’re working locally, typically on your C: Drive. Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. For example, it could cause file corruption or prevent you from saving changes.
