Action games in SL?

I'm super new to Articulate, and design for that matter. I'd like to find a template I can use to create an action game. 

Here's the concept. It's a pov video or animation. You're running down a trail in the woods. Every couple of seconds you are prompted to press either the A or B option.  There's an audible, or maybe also a visual cue that lets you know if you were right or wrong. Maybe there's also a timing component. 

Is this possible for SL360 or does it already exist in an editable version in Rise360?

Also, if it's the case that this is going to be way over my head or take weeks to learn, where could I find a person to create this for me, and what would be a reasonable time/money expectation? Thanks .
