The text block in Rise 360 is one of the available block types, and a screen reader will read any text you put into the text block. Alt text is a setting on an image block. When you insert any kind of image, you'll want to determine if it needs alt text and if so, add that. Here's how you can add alt text in both Rise 360 and Storyline 360:
