I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

That's right, Phoebe.
As a workaround, you can take a screenshot of the 3rd second scene of the video to be the thumbnail.
Then, use a video editing tool like Replay 360 to add the screenshot to the first frame of the video, then re-publish the video as an MP4 file. I hope that helps!
