How can I add Freeform slide to result / Score?
I have made a Knowledge check slide manually (using convert to freeform).
this slide is in Assessments.
I want to consider this slide in final...

Thanks for the update and I'm happy to hear the file is working again. Working off a server could be the cause of a lot of these issues, so you'll want to ensure that your .story files and your other project files are on your local drive while you're working on them and have them opened.
