How can I add Freeform slide to result / Score?
I have made a Knowledge check slide manually (using convert to freeform).
this slide is in Assessments.
I want to consider this slide in final...

If you already have a Results slide, navigate to Result tools > Quiz settings on the ribbon. You can then select which questions you can include in the results. See below:
