Add Master Slide Title to blank slide

I've got a blank slide master and I'd like to add a slide title to that slide that behaves like the default slide title in a new project.  Nice thing about master slide titles is that the slide name and menu text are both derived from the slide title box.

Pity the video is not working past the first couple of seconds.

Hello Andrea, I'm happy to jump in! I am sorry that Alyssa's recording is not playing on your end. I tried to play her recording in Review 360, and it's playing without issues. Can you try using Incognito mode in your browser to rule out possible extensions that are possibly causing the problem?

Let me know how it goes!

That does solve the problem.  I was thinking the TITLE should be under "Insert Placeholder".  Copy and Paste is a clean enough solution.

Is the video recording you did part of the 360 suite?

  • You bet! I used Peek to record that demo. I love it because it automatically generates a URL as soon as I'm done recording. Give it a try if you haven't used it yet! It's a really handy tool. 😁

  • I don't understand why not including "Slide Title" as part of the Insert Placeholder option? It's more intuitive than copy and pasting from existing slide master.
