Adding a MP4 video into Storyline
When trying to up load a mp4 video. I receive an error message that - does not appear to be a supported image format. Please select an image from one of the supported formats

The error is usually received when trying to insert a file format that is not acceptable as an image. Can you try Insert > Video > Video from File to see if it works?
