Adding collaborators to multiple courses in bulk
I'm trying to find an easy way to share with mutliple collaborators at the same time rather than having to enter each course and change settings one by one.
Is there any way to set a default so that any new courses made automatically have all members listed as collaborators?
Hi everyone!
We are excited to share that we have released Rise 360 Team Folders! You can now create shared team folders in Rise 360 to organize your content and share content with collaborators even faster. We know this has been a popular feature request and we can't wait for you to finally check it out!
Your Rise 360 dashboard will look a little different, but don't worry. You can find all of your content, personal and shared, in the My View section. If you run into any snags or have additional questions about Rise 360 Team Folders, our team is available in this discussion or in a support case.

It would be great if you added this to your product roadmap. We work with a lot of outside sources, and having the ability to quickly add a collaborator to multiple courses would be a great feature. Also the ability to add courses to another sub folder for language variants would also be an amazing feature to add to an already great platform.

Yes, I completely agree that "Adding multiple people to 50+ courses manually is very time intensive." We would love this feature.

+1 for this option. Admins need more tools in general imo. If you want us to add more subscribers, give us the features to make managing this easier :)

Two years on and I just don't think Articulate see this as a priority. I spoke to them at the recent Learning Technology event in London and got a pretty wishy-washy answer of 'well if people want it, we'll look into it'.
We're not asking for anything fancy. We're not asking for anything complicated. It's worrying that building 1000 templates that no-one asked for has been your priority.
You want us to add more subscribers, yet you don't want to give us the simple admin tools to make this process easy. Every time my company pays for a new seat I'm reluctant to do so, because I know how much pain it will cause my team to share hundreds of lessons.

+20 (one for each seat we pay for)
The sad thing is that small teams out there who are just sharing a login don't have to worry about this. Only those of us who follow the ToS and pay for additional seats feel the immense inconvenience of this.

Hi Aliki, the only way to add collaborators is by going to one course at a time and manually assigning the collaborators.
There is no way to do this "in bulk" or any other automatic settings.

Agreeing with the feedback of making it easier to enter multiple collaborators / managers to a course or series of courses in rise. Without the ability to save a source file, our team manually adds all developers for maintenance and availability. It would also be great to have a recall of those you've already entered or a group you can select with those members included.
Thanks for your thoughts, Michelle. We'll share any updates to collaboration and course management here.

I have to add to this "wish" for the ability to add a collaborator to multiple courses at one time without opening each course. We have a new Content Specialist that I am adding to every course in Rise and that is A TON of times I have to open and close a course to add them.

+1 one this one. Have also sent it to the wishlist for the future. We have 50 courses in multiple languages right now and are growing. Take a lot of hours just to add a new team member.

Any updates on if this is happening? Incredibly time-consuming adding one course at a time.
