Adding "Continue" button to Rise Quiz

Hello. I have a lesson that comes after a Quiz to wrap up the module and thank the student for participating.  However, there is no way to add a "Continue" button in a block for a quiz. I do not...

I've turned off my sidebar and navigation; no continue button appears. Is this no longer a thing? How can I get users to continue to a thank-you screen after a quiz?

    Can you send me a screenshot of your Navigation settings and a screenshot of the Quiz results?
    Please include the whole browser window in the screenshot.
