Rise "process" activity not triggering continue button

I'm doing a final run-through on some courses with process interactions. Suddenly, today the process interaction is not signaling to the continue button that it is complete. I've been troubleshooting all morning, and it seems to just be a problem with the process interaction over multiple courses. Is there a bug today? Did the interaction get updated and I am missing a setting? Any insight would be appreciated.

  • Hi Everyone!

I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!

This update fixes the issue you were encountering where, the Continue Block remains disabled after completing a Process interaction directly before it. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported!

Hello, I am seeing this as being resolved but I still am running into this issue with my current project in Rise and Review 360. Any other advice to reset? Other testers in my org running into same issue.

      Hi SarahDittmer,

I am sorry to hear you're still having this issue. Have you tried republishing your courses today to see if this fixes the problem? Courses need to be republished to take advantage of any recent bug fixes or updates. If updating doesn't work for you, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.

Thank you, that did work to publish a new version in Review 360. I was doing that yesterday to no avail but it seems to be working today!
