Adding fixed layers to a scrolling panel image
Thanks to another post, I have figured out how to add fixed hotspots to my scrolling panel image but now I'm wondering, can you add layers to the scrolling panel image? I have 4 hotspots in my scrol...
In case anyone is still having this issue...If the text boxes are added/shown under the Scrolling Panel in the Timeline then they stay in place as you scroll up or down. If they are listed outside the Scrolling Panel in the Timeline, they move as you scroll.
