Adding hot spots to an object state

Thank you both! I ended up hiding the state I wanted hotspots on, then unhiding a separate image when the slider reached the value I wanted and adding the hotspot to the image. Where there is a will, there is a way!
You might want to consider a layer. On hover --> show layer "y" --> then on that layer put a hotspot. I have not tried that before but hey, it might work.
