Adding Images and Media Storyline
Hello, when I attempt to add any media to my storyline file by dragging it from my desktop to the slide it automatically gives me the " no" circle with line through it. It only lets me add media through the insert> photo option. I want to be able to drag and drop the images for a faster workflow. Any suggestions? I have rebooted computer and storyline as well as uninstalled storyline.

I have no problem dragging a dropping, are you dropping onto the stage or onto the timeline? The only place I get the no sign is on the timeline
Hello Phil, I am dropping onto the stage. I get the no sign as soon as my house with the image being held touches the storyline interface.

I get the no sign as soon as I touch the interface but changes to a plus when I am on the stage. You may need to raise a support case.
