Adjusting Rise course made in free trial
Hey, we had an internship make a Rise course on a free trial and now we want to collaborate on this course from our teamsubsription. This seems unpossible. The free trial can publish to LMS, but then...
Unfortunately the same error pop-ups up: it seems like we are in a different regional datacenter (maybe the free trial is in the US and my account is in the EU?) or "my e-mailadres is not valid" (wich is not the case).
If the trial was in the US and you're account is in the EU, there is currently no way to transfer the course. Europe has regulations that restrict data movement.
