AI Assistant for Scenario Blocks?
Hi AaronMarks,
Thanks for reaching out! I can see how confusing it would be to lose access to something your team saw during testing. The AI Assistant in Rise currently supports generating text, quizzes, images, and translations, but it doesn’t include an option to create AI-generated scenario blocks.
It’s possible that someone on your team used the AI Assistant to generate scenario-style text and then placed that content into a regular Scenario block. When AI-generated content lands inside that block, it can feel like the block itself is AI-powered, even though the block type hasn’t changed.
If scenario-focused AI tools would be helpful for your workflow, feel free to share a bit more about what you were hoping to do. Your feedback is always valuable as we continue shaping what AI can support in Rise.

Hello Eric!
Thanks for your reply and additional information. I was just going by memory, but I could've sworn there was some AI feature to help build scenario blocks. We want to use them as knowledge checks. I may also be making that up, LOL! I also thought you could convert from another block type to the Scenario block. I may just need to learn a bit more by playing around with that specific block, but I'm looking for a quick way to build these scenes since they seem to take some time, especially when overcoming a small learning curve (I've never built them before).

Hi AaronMarks,
Thanks for the follow-up! That’s an easy assumption to make when first exploring the AI tools.
Right now, there isn’t a way to convert another block into a Scenario block or have AI build the branching structure itself, which is why it can feel like there should be something missing.
For faster setup, a tip that often helps is to start with a simple scenario, one scene with two choices, then duplicate the scene as a base. Once the structure clicks, adding outcomes and feedback goes much quicker.
Using AI to draft the scenario text and feedback first, then dropping that content into the Scenario block, can also save time.
If you’d like, feel free to share what kind of knowledge checks you’re trying to build, and the community can offer ideas on structuring them efficiently.
