AI Assistant's Magic Quiz Import
Hi, tried to test it today (also from a Word document) - same problem. I tried several things: deleting images, removing a header at the beginning of the quiz, ensured that the number of characters and file size do not exceed the limits - nothing worked. Still get an error.
Would really appreciate getting that fixed, as importing 60 questions would be way easier than typing them in manually 😉

Hi ValeriiaProkopo,
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Magic Quiz Import in Rise 360.
In Google Chrome, I tested the behavior on my end by uploading various Word documents with AI Assistant, but could not trigger any errors. No worries! I've opened a support case on your behalf, so our support engineers can work with you directly on this issue. They should be following up with you shortly.
In the meantime, I have some follow-up questions to help us troubleshoot this better:
- Do the errors occur across all courses, or only specific ones?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, or using a different supported browser to rule out any browser-specific issues?
- If possible, have you tested the import on a different internet network?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have also failed every time I've tried the Magic Quiz Import.
I've tried .docx and .txt
The file is not over the size limit nor the character limit. I believe the text formatting shows clearly what is a question, what are answers and which answers are correct.
I don't know what else to try...- StevenBenassi1 month agoStaff
