AI-Generated Disclosure Requirement

In the FAQ article, it states that "If you use AI-generated images in your work and share these images with others, you must include a disclosure that such images are AI-generated, pursuant to our Terms of Service." Are there any specifics around how this needs to be done? For instance, could we send a company-wide email that says going forward our training content may include AI-generated content and leave it at that? Or does each course need to have a separate disclosure? Or each image/block?
