AI Generated Images - EU AI Act Compliance: Will Articulate 360 Automate AI Content Labeling?
Hello,
as it is August 03rd and there is no update yet, are you planning on it in the future.
The EU put out an Icon set as well, that can be used for images:

Hello Max_Lindenberg,
Thanks for checking back and for sharing the EU’s updated guidance and icon set. I appreciate you taking the time to follow up and provide this additional resource.
We don’t have any updates to share at this time, but I understand you’re looking for a more streamlined way to meet AI transparency requirements, particularly as these regulations take effect. Throughout this thread, you’ve highlighted several related needs, including automatically identifying AI-generated images and audio, reducing the manual work involved in compliance, and providing a standardized way to disclose AI-generated content within courses.
Thanks again for continuing the conversation and helping us better understand your compliance needs and how they affect your workflow.

To be clear, it isn't just companies that need to meet these standards, but also Articulate. Trying to respond to these issues as an ID only issue is pretty concerning, as Articulate is the direct provider of the AI content and they need to be compliant with the law.
The idea that Articulate provides AI tools and has no build in feature to make them compliant can be argued that Articulate is providing illegal content.
