AI Image Capture?
Hi,
I am trying to turn a pdf scan of a webpage with step-by-step instructions (and accompanying screenshots) into a carousel block that has each image with its associated text as a step.
Has anyone had any luck getting Rise AI to capture images from pdfs or videos?

I’d be interested to know whether Rise AI can actually extract the screenshots from a PDF or video, rather than only using the text content. In your case, the relationship between each screenshot and its corresponding instruction is just as important as the text itself.
If it can’t reliably preserve that association, one possible workflow might be to extract the images separately first and then use the AI-generated text to build the carousel steps. Has anyone tested this with a PDF containing both screenshots and step-by-step instructions and gotten the images to carry over correctly?
AI image capture could be useful for quickly turning screenshots or captured visuals into editable content. It would be helpful to know how well it handles different layouts and whether the captured elements remain easy to edit after being imported into Articulate.
