AI Text-to-Speech Export Quality
And to add to my original post, I have changed the default audio setting on each audio element from automatic to uncompressed. This did not affect the quality when exporting the audio from SL.

Hi LeeMillardButlr!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when exporting audio from Storyline!
I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:
- AI Text-to-Speech audio exported as a single file is not clear and sounds muffled.
However, this issue cannot be observed when exporting multiple audio files at once. As a workaround, we suggest selecting multiple audio files, including the AI TTS files, and exporting them to obtain the audio file with better sound quality.
I've linked this discussion to the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place.
Thank you for your patience. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Hi StevenBenassi !
Thanks for your response. Your description makes complete sense now. When I exported multiple audio files at once from the Media Library I had no issue, but the the other day when I exported just one, that's when the quality was low. So, your description of the bug aligns with my experience. I'm glad to know the workaround and appreciate the heads up once the bug is squashed. Thanks!Lee
