Happy to help with this! I also get the same pronunciation as you when I type the city name "Regina" as it's spelled.
Using the attached Storyline project, I tried spelling "Regina" the way it is pronounced (Rejayna), and I got the AI voice to pronounce it correctly.
I then edited the caption to display the correct spelling.
