Allow Forward Seeking on Video Block Isn't Working

For us this was a problem with Cisco Umbrella.
We needed to add the URLs for Articulate Rise and then for our LMS to our ignore list to stop Cisco from blocking the forward seeking requests. Cisco will hopefully update the Web Gateway to not block the forward seek requests, You will need to add all the URL's that the course is viewable on to the ignore list to get this to work for anyone who's device is using Cisco Umbrella.
