Hello RebeccaTicconi, 

Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to confirm that the behavior you are experiencing with the SCORM Content folder is related to a bug that our team is currently investigating when folks publish Rise 360 courses to LMS. I have shared your experience in the bug report. We'll be sure to share any news of a fix in this thread, so everyone is aware.

I just wanted to share that the "allowed-options" file is no longer displayed when I'm publishing files. It looks like we're good to go! Thank you for the support and have a great day!
