Altering the size of centered images?
Hello all. When I post an image into a course, it seems that it is forced to fit into a preset space in the template. When the text is next to the image, that can be altered to either 25%, 50%, 75% ...

Yes, each image block type has a container within which the image is displayed.
Besides turning zoom on or off, there are no other display controls for an Image Centered block type.
The size selection settings of 25%, 50%, 75% only apply to the Image & Text block type.
