Analytics - is the difference between Scorm 1.2 and 2004?

I have done my first quiz with Rise360 and would like to get as much analytics as possible out of it - should I use Scorm 1.2 or Scorm 2004? Is the difference between those two?
SCORM 2004 is a newer standard, and it allows for more suspend/resume data (see more about that here: https://articulate.com/support/article/exceeding-scorm-suspend-data-limits ). So if your LMS accepts SCORM 2004, that's definitely the better option.
The analytics you can pull depends a lot on the LMS. You should work with your LMS team to see what's possible.
