I figured out the first frame of the apng cannot be empty or transparent...

Have you gotten it to work fully? I created APNG with Premier Pro and have the same issue as you. It works great in preview, but it doesn't work when I publish it to Review 360.

    Hi Nikolas, 

    We still haven't released support for APNG files in Storyline 360 so I added your voice to the feature request. We'll let you know when it makes it to our product roadmap!
