Animating individual words within a text box

Storyline doesnt have an animation for by word, you could use a slow wipe but it isn't supported in every browser.
I have seen an example where a javascript library has been incorporated for animations but cannot find it. That may be your solution or using webobjects, otherwise there is no simple solution.
