Animation - Sequence by Paragraph Not Available/Working

My best guess is some sort of corruption in the textboxes that don't work. Usually cutting and pasting also copies the corruption. The baffling question is why it corrects on some of them when they are copied. Changing the format may change something that is causing the problem. Try recreating the paragraphs from scratch to see if that helps.
