Is there a way or an option in a tool bar for Storyline that shows specifically all the animations you have in each scene all at once? For example, in Articulate there was a window pane on the right...

There is not a pane within Storyline that would show all your animations. In regards to what you saw within Articulate Presenter, Presenter is an add-on to Powerpoint and therefore is able to pick up Powerpoint functionality as well. If you'd like to see something like this in Storyline it sounds like a good feature request.
