Answer shuffle not available on Sequence drag and drop graded question
I created an assessment question using both the Sequence Drag-and-Drop and Sequence Drop Down but the Answer Shuffle option is grayed out. Why can't I get it to operate?

Those types of questions *always* shuffle, because that's a basic part of how they function. Thus, there's no need to turn on shuffle. (And, no, you can't turn it off, either.)
