I appreciate the additional information. You mention that it's when you "want to visualize my work," so I assume this is during the preview.
Your files should be saved locally on your C: Drive.
- Were you able to find the temp files I mentioned above?
- Has the repair helped at all?
You are welcome to work directly with a support engineer by sharing your .story file. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
