Arabic Player captions not showing correctly in Preview
Hi,
We have translated a module to Arabic and there are videos with subtitles and the accessibility Settings are enabled.
Player and Caption fonts are Arial.
In the Player preview the Arabic shows correctly
however, when we Preview the slide, or even export the project and click on the cog settings this shows:
The Arabic is messed up and only displays random Arabic letters.
Subtitles are messed up also.
Any ideas?

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
DarrenNash​ I realize this thread is over 3 years old, but did you ever figure out this problem? I'm having the same issue now and can't find a solution.
