arabic text to speech

I'm not allowed to share files publicly due to confidentiality reasons. I will however share file privately via the link above you provided.

I do have right-to-left keyboard input language installed on my PC and had no issues with Arabic text alignment in Notes or slides. However, in TTS screen left-to.right seems to be the only option and I'm not able to change it (right-to-left button on home tab is visible but as read only).
