Are folders in Rise 360 "local" shortcuts?

Hello,

The team I am on recently migrated from one company's Articulate team to a new company's Articulate team. We see that our content is visible in Rise 360, but any folders created are gone. I suspect that these folders are simply "local" shortcuts and not something that can be managed, maintained, and moved when such migrations occur, but I haven't been able to find anything to confirm that. Is this true? Only solution is to recreate our folders? Thanks!

John

Yes, you are correct. Team Folders and how they are arranged and shared exist only within the Teams subscription that created and organized the folders. These folders aren't carried over when users migrate to a new Teams subscription. You'll need to recreate them if you want them to look the way they did in your previous subscription.
