Arial Kerning/Spacing

I haven't seen discussion posts about this more recently than two years ago, and I didn't see a solution in those posts. 

When publishing, the font has kerning/spacing issues. I'm using Arial and the text was typed directly in to the slide, not copied/pasted from another source. I am using modern fonts. 

It looks fine when I'm editing the slide, but when I click "preview" and also when I publish, the kerning is wonky. Specifically the lowercase M is too close to the following letter.

    Hi Kim,

    I'm sorry you're having an issue with the kerning in Storyline! I may have a lead on some information regarding this. First, I would like to know which version of Storyline are you using.

      Thanks for responding, John! I'm using Storyline 360.

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks for responding as well! The fact that you're using Storyline 360 brings my lead to a dead end. Darn it! Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can figure out what's going on?
