Articulate 3 and 360 Compatibility Issue
A client contacted me after a file was uploaded since they could not open to the file. The client has Articulate 3 and content was developed in 360, which should be compatible. The attached photo sent by the client shows: This project won't open because it uses features that aren't available in this version of Storyline. The features in use are: Text Autofit Improvements.
Nothing was changed in the file to make text autofit improvements, so why is the client not able to open the file?
Also the Articulate 360 website was down when I tried to look for doing an update this morning. ???

Text autofit improvements are exclusive to Storyline 360 and part of our ongoing commitment to making courses fully accessible to all learners. New Storyline 360 project files that use this feature won’t open in Storyline 3 or earlier versions of Storyline 360.
