Hello, I have problems with saving and opening projects form storyline and replay 360.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
I've seen this error message occur when files are not being saved locally. Can you confirm if you are working off of your local hard drive, or a network/shared drive? Also, does this issue occur across multiple files, or is it local to one? If it is isolated to one project file, would you mind sharing a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
