Articulate 360 saying "Offline"

Hi! I am trying to make a small edit to a file but I cannot even open it. When I try to access Storyline app, it says I am offline. Which you can clearly see that I am not.

Hoping someone can help me quickly as my client needs this edit asap. I have submitted a help desk ticket
